Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Golden Hour Gifting offers personal readings, digital guides, crystals, jewellery, candles and personalised gifts. Return and cancellation options depend on the product and the consumer rights that apply to your order.

Standard physical items

To request a return, email support@goldenhourgifting.com with your order number. We will provide appropriate instructions. Eligible UK and European customers generally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from many online purchases of standard goods, subject to applicable exceptions, and a further 14 days to return them after notifying us. Applicable refund and delivery-cost rules will be respected.

Personalised items

Goods genuinely made to your individual specifications may be exempt from change-of-mind withdrawal rights where local law allows. Selecting ordinary, preset options does not automatically make every item exempt. Legal remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods still apply.

Ready-made digital downloads

Some products, including the Moon Ritual Guide, are supplied as downloadable files. Withdrawal rights depend on applicable law and on whether any required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained before immediate delivery begins. Digital items are not automatically non-refundable.

Personal readings and reports

Tarot, astrology, numerology and other personalised content may be prepared after receiving your details. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or change a request. The outcome depends on the nature of the order, whether work has begun, and your rights under applicable law.

If something is wrong

For faulty or damaged items, inaccessible downloads, missing reports, or orders not as described, contact support@goldenhourgifting.com with your order number and details. We will provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
