3. Once you say yes, we prepare your candle and send it, carefully packed.

What do you need from me? Their name, a favourite memory if you would like to share one, and what you would say to them if you could. We write your words on their card.
Can their name be on the candle? Yes — their name can be added to the candle's label as part of your configuration, and it always appears on their card.
How does pricing work? Preparations start at £20. The configuration you wish for them — the intention, the companion stone, the keepsakes included — sets the rest, always confirmed with photographs before you pay.
Is it only for pets who have just passed? No. Grief has no deadline. Many lights are prepared years later — for a birthday, an anniversary, or an ordinary evening when they are suddenly missed.
When will it arrive? Your candle is prepared for your pet once we confirm the configuration together; we confirm the preparation and delivery estimate before you pay.
Can I light it more than once? Yes — light it for a while, whenever you need them near. We confirm the candle's size and approximate burn time with your configuration.
